Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 1 August 2026. Applies to workshops, assessments, and coaching booked with Webmapleway Pty Ltd.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Webmapleway for education services listed on this site. They do not cover hardware you buy from third parties, electrician invoices, or travel you arrange yourself.

Workshop seats

Cancel 14 or more days before the workshop start time for a full refund of deposit and any balance paid. Cancel between 13 and 7 days before for a 50% refund of amounts paid. Cancellations inside 7 days are non-refundable, though you may transfer your seat to another person with notice.

Assessments and coaching

Reschedule or cancel with 48 hours’ notice for a full refund or free reschedule. Inside 48 hours, the session fee is payable unless we can fill the slot. No-shows are charged in full.

Deposits

Workshop deposits hold a numbered seat. Deposits follow the workshop cancellation timetable above. Deposits are not transferable to merchandise or unrelated services.

Work already started

If a coaching or assessment session has begun, fees for time already delivered are non-refundable. Remaining prepaid time may be refunded or credited by agreement.

Purchased materials

Printed worksheet packs included in a workshop fee are not sold separately. If we cancel a workshop and you have already received materials by post, we may deduct a modest materials cost from the refund or ask for materials to be returned unused.

When we cancel

If Webmapleway cancels a date (for example, facilitator illness or unsafe weather for a shed demo), you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add several days.

How to request a refund

Email info@webmapleway.click with your name, booking date, and reason. You may also call +61885836097. We confirm the decision in writing.
